Frosts by Mora knives are perfect for the food industry and these chef's knives are exceptional. Made of recycled Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, the blade is hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees. The handle is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene which provides a rough, durable grip and excellent traction in wet or dry conditions. This is their largest knife that we know of.  10" blade length. .116" thick
