We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it easy.
Returns
We offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.
To qualify, the item must be:
- In new and unused condition
- Returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items shipped to us without approval can’t be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges (if any) aren’t refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us right away with photos. We’ll take care of it.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the easiest way is:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order once the return is approved
We can also help coordinate replacements with the manufacturer when needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Banks and card issuers may take a little longer to post the credit
