We aim to make shipping simple, clear, and hassle-free. Below is our standard shipping process for all orders placed on EnergizeTrek.com.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Some items may take up to 1–2 business days depending on availability or packaging needs.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
Standard Shipping (All Regular Items)

Shipping Cost: Flat rate $9.95

Delivery Time: 6–7 business days after your order ships

Service Area: United States (contiguous U.S.)
Delivery time includes both handling and transit. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Freight Shipping (Large or Heavy Items)
Some oversized products (e.g., saunas, large e-bikes, heavy equipment) ship via freight.

Inspection: Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt
If there is visible damage, note it with the driver and contact us immediately.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States only. A physical street address is required; we cannot ship to PO Boxes for large items.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, email us at support@energizetrek.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
For freight shipments, please inspect the item before signing for delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us immediately at support@energizetrek.com. Once an order ships, address corrections or rerouting may incur additional carrier fees.
