At EnergizeTrek.com, we're dedicated to getting your adventure gear to you swiftly and safely. We understand that getting ready for your next trek is exciting, and we're committed to a smooth delivery process.


1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-5  business day (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
  • Note for High-Ticket Items: Some specialized or high-value items (e.g., certain e-bikes, large telescopes, paragliding equipment) may require additional processing time for quality checks, specialized packaging, or freight arrangements. Any such delays will be communicated directly to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
    • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (e.g. $99 or $199). This will be clearly indicated during checkout.
  • Freight Shipping (for Oversized/High-Value Items):

    • Applicable Items: This method is typically used for large and heavy items such as e-bikes, large telescopes, or complete paragliding setups.
    • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days after processing.
    • Scheduling: Freight deliveries often require a scheduled delivery appointment. The shipping carrier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time.
    • Curbside Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, freight deliveries are typically curbside. The carrier is not responsible for moving the item into your home or business.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and delivery location.

Please Note: Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the order date, and are subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, especially for larger items. Please provide a physical street address.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial for Freight/High-Value Items):
    • For freight deliveries, it is essential to thoroughly inspect the package for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the item itself, note the damage on the delivery receipt with the driver and take photos immediately. If the damage is significant, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
    • For standard deliveries, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If you haven't received your order within [e.g., 7 days for standard, 12 days for freight] of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@energizetrek.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • Signature Confirmation: For most high-value items, signature confirmation will be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives securely. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but it is not guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, redirecting or retrieving the package may incur additional fees for which the customer will be responsible.
