Welcome to EnergizeTrek! These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Billing Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website, www.energizetrek.com (“Website”). By placing an order with EnergizeTrek, you agree to these Billing Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. Please review them carefully.

1. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Accuracy of Pricing: In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to update or correct the price and will notify you before the order is processed. You may choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
  • Payment Methods Accepted:

    • PayPal
    • Apple Pay / Google Pay
    • Afterpay
  • Payment Authorization: By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method and allow us to charge the full order amount.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party partners. We do not store full card details.
  • Pre-Orders & Back-Orders: Some products may ship later than usual. In these cases, payment may be charged at checkout or when the order is ready to ship, as noted on applicable product pages.

2. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Your order is officially accepted once we send a shipping confirmation email. W
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product availability, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Taxes

  • Buyer's Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes not collected at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard shipping: Flat rate $9.95
  • Delivery time: 6–7 business days (handling + transit)
  • Freight items: Delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on the manufacturer and carrier scheduling

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All return and refund processes are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

  • Return window: 30 days
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after inspection
  • No in-store returns

    We cannot modify orders that have already been shipped or prepared for shipment.
