Do your products come with a warranty?

- Jackery Power Stations & Solar Panels: Jackery offers a 3-year standard warranty, which can be extended to 5 years total by registering your product on the Jackery website within 30 days of purchase.
- Other Brands: Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the product listing or contact us for specific warranty information.
How do I make a warranty claim?
For Jackery products, warranty claims are handled directly through Jackery's support team. For all other products, contact us at Gunjan@energizetrek.com and we'll help coordinate your claim with the manufacturer.

- Jackery Explorer 300 / 500: Compatible with SolarSaga 60W, 80W, and 100W panels.
- Jackery Explorer 1000 / 1000 Pro: Compatible with SolarSaga 80W, 100W, and 200W panels (up to 2 panels in parallel).
- Jackery Explorer 1500 / 2000 Pro: Compatible with SolarSaga 200W panels (up to 6 panels in parallel for faster charging).
